New Things for February 2024
I am trying very hard not to buy new fabric lately, as I have enough to last about 200 years!
I am using some of my fabric stash to make a scrap quilt with alternating rows of 6" blocks and some smaller rectangle rows. The top is nearly all sewn together, and then comes the batting and quilting part. Pictures later!
In the meantime, here are a few new things just listed in my my etsy shop:
A fun bird print called Tweethearts
a colorful print called Tropical Medallions
and a new mini pouch in Plentiful Pansies
Thinking Spring!
What better way to think ahead to spring than with some new pansy fabric, or poppies!
It might be snow or freezing rain or heavy downpours or wind in today's forecast, but flowers and flower fabrics can definitely help to think of spring instead!
First picture is a new long pencil or make-up pouch:
Or, the same fabric in a mini pouch with a split ring to attach a set of keys:
I also made up a new pencil pouch in a beautiful poppy fabric:
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Winter Solstice
Time to rest and relax and embrace the colder days of winter. Perfect for making soup, and of course, sewing!
